INNER SABOTEURS

Discover and name the inner voices or 'Saboteurs' that confuse and derail you through the 'Inner Saboteurs' assessment developed by Shirzad Chamine, world-renowned expert on the subject of Positive Intelligence.

A key to Mental Fitness is to weaken the internal Saboteurs who generate your 'negativity' in the way they respond to challenges. Your Saboteurs cause your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, regret, shame, guilt, and unhappiness.

In contrast, your 'Sage' lives in an entirely different region of your brain and handles challenges in ways that produce positive emotions like curiosity, empathy, creativity, calm, and clear-headed laser-focused action.  Your Sage helps you to perform better and feel happier.  Your stress comes from believing your Saboteurs rather than trusting the wisdom of your Sage.

Saboteurs include the Judge, Controller, Avoider, Victim, Stickler, and 5 others.

To help you get the most out of your Inner Saboteurs Report:

  • The report provides a prioritised list of your Saboteurs.

  • It includes the characteristics of each Saboteur trait, the thoughts and feelings you are likely to experience and how it impacts you and others.

  • It provides clarity and self-awareness around what the most powerful negative inner voices are for you.  Working with an experienced coach, you can then identify scenarios in your life that commonly trigger these thoughts, start to learn to see them coming, and consider alternative, more helpful, ways to reframe those thoughts, by listening more to your inner Sage.

Benefits understanding your Inner Saboteurs:

  • Improved awareness of what thoughts and resultant behaviours are impacting your happiness, your relationships, your performance and more.

  • Greater confidence and empowerment thanks to a deeper understanding of how you can use your Sage to manage and reframe those thoughts to something more positive and beneficial to you.

  • An better understanding of the Saboteurs that others may be experiencing when you interact with them.

  • A calmer mindset and improved performance at work and anywhere when you use your knowledge of the triggers to your internal Saboteurs.

  • Strategies to better manage your negative, self-sabotaging voices in order that the positive, self-supporting voices can have more airtime.
