ACC_WEB.jpg

Our Principal Coach, Louise Taylor Walls, is a professional ICF certified Executive and Organisational Coach, a Systemic Team Coach, and an experienced, results-focused business professional.  She works collaboratively with her clients to identify goals and achieve desired coaching outcomes.  Supporting teams,  high potential individuals and senior executives on their leadership journey, she thrives on helping them to recognise their true potential, overcome challenges and accelerate performance, ultimately delivering higher-impact organisational results.

Louise is an active Board Director of a financial services organisation and has senior leadership experience in banking and finance, business information and professional services sectors.  She has worked in small, medium and large corporations taking on a variety of roles in general management, business transformation, programme management, business development, and events management.  This breadth of experience provides her with a deep understanding of the commercial landscape and challenges which her clients face. Louise’s coaching experience sits across a range of sectors including financial services, energy, technology professional services and hospitality, where she has worked with clients at all stages of their leadership journey.

Louise’s calm and approachable nature quickly builds a sense of trust and rapport.  She specialises in taking a  values and strengths-based approach, employing a combination of tools and techniques to help clients reflect deeply, delivering improved self-awareness, unlocking potential, overcoming hurdles and building confidence and courage. Through this process clients start to think differently and find answers to the challenges they face, identifying practical and executable plans to advance and grow.

Originally from the UK, Louise’s spirit of adventure and challenge saw her taking to the high seas from age 15 and ultimately sailing to Australia on a 58ft yacht at age 22, where she lived for 20 years before then moving to Singapore.  Whilst she travels regularly back to Australia for her Board work, she now once again calls the UK home.  Louise has a love for fitness and well-being but also a passion for good food and wine.

Having spent most of her life abroad, Louise has had a multicultural exposure, which allows her to work with clients of various backgrounds and cultures.
