'Everything DiSC' allows your team to better understand their own and and each other's personalities and helps them work better together. 

The 'High Perfoming Team Assessment' is based on Patrick Lencioni's famous 'Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team' and looks within the team as to how effectively and efficiently they are operating, with insights on key areas for improvement. 

Whilst the 'Team Connect 360' looks at the performance of a team from a systemic point of view, to understand how it is performing against the needs of it's stakeholders and the broader business. It is based on the work of Professor Peter Hawkins and his 'Five Disciplines'.
