EXECUTIVE COACHING & LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
WHAT IS EXECUTIVE COACHING?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines executive coaching as:
"Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential".
Depending on business requirements, Executive Coaching will generally involve an initial three-way meeting between the individual, their leader and the coach to agree the coaching goals, followed by a program of one-on-one coaching sessions with the individual. This may also be supported by feedback by way of an assessment tool or key stakeholder engagement.
The coaching sessions will work through a process of further developing goals, generating client-led solutions and strategies, agreeing an action plan, and looping back on progress and outcomes.
The program is individually tailored to the client needs and continuously focused around creating sustained personal change and improved performance for both individual and organisational benefit.
HOW EXECUTIVE COACHING CAN HELP
We help successful leaders become even better - optimising performance through heighted self-awareness, thoughtful evaluation of style adaptation and identification of development opportunities:
Going deeper to create clarity of thought around goals and how to make them a reality.
Improving performance and effectiveness in the current role.
Developing confidence in taking on further leadership responsibilities.
Developing the ability to have impact and influence.
Making the move from subject matter expert to business leader.
Becoming more strategic in approach, thinking and leadership.
Confidently managing difficult conversations or relationships.
Navigating a complex or challenging organisational environment.
Identifying 'next-role' characteristics in both skills and leadership traits and establishing plans to either get the right experience, exposure or education.
Successfully commencing a new role with confidence.
WHO EXECUTIVE COACHING IS SUITED TO
We work with high potential individuals at all levels of an organisation, from rising stars to C-Suite. The most important thing is being ready to go on the journey! What does this mean?
Committing wholeheartedly with a positive approach, an open mind and genuine willingness to change.
Working with the Coach in an engaged and collaborative way.
Being willing to listen to feedback.
Permitting the Coach to challenge at times.
Executing on agreed actions.
